Lake Eyasi is a very pleasant soda lake, about 50km in length and found on the southern border of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This lake is lies at the base of the Eyasi steep slope on the western rift valley wall. For the most part is visited as a cultural tour to see the Datoga Tribes and Hadzabe who is an indigenous tribe known as the hunter gatherer Bushmen. The most outstanding part of an event of a visit to Lake Eyasi is hunt with the Hadzabe, which can always be done in early morning. By visiting these tribes, will include a visit to their homesteads and learn more about their life style, medicinal plants and how to use and treat, animal tracking on hunting, and many more. The Hadzabe speak a very unique click language, so a professional guide who speaks Hadzabe and Datoga language can be provided.
